Terms of Service

Welcome to Quickthumb ("Quickthumb", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service at quickthumb.app and related domains (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Quickthumb generates YouTube thumbnail images using AI. You provide a video URL (used to read public metadata such as the title) and may optionally upload a photo of yourself; the Service then generates thumbnail images for you.
2. Who operates Quickthumb
Quickthumb is operated by Nunzawa Lab (sole proprietor: Hizuru Sano) ("we", "us"). Statutory commercial disclosures for customers in Japan are provided in our Commercial Transactions Disclosure (特定商取引法に基づく表記).
3. Accounts & free usage
You must provide an accurate email and keep your account secure. The Service currently offers a limited number of free generations per account; limits and paid plans may change over time.
4. Paid plans, billing & cancellation
- We may offer paid subscription plans. The price, billing period, and what each plan includes are shown on the checkout / subscription screen before you confirm payment.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Because the Service delivers digital content (AI-generated images) immediately, fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us and we will refund it.

5. Photos you upload (your likeness)
- Only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo you have explicit permission and the legal right to use.
- Do not upload photos of other people, public figures, or celebrities without their consent.
- You are solely responsible for the images you upload, and you represent that you hold all rights and consents necessary to use them and to have AI images generated from them.
- You grant us a limited licence to store and process your uploaded photo solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI provider to generate your thumbnails). See our Privacy Policy.
6. Generated images
- Subject to these Terms, you may use thumbnails you generate for your own content.
- AI outputs are provided "as is". They may contain errors, and any resemblance to real people other than yourself is your responsibility to review before use.
- You must not use the Service to impersonate anyone, create misleading or deceptive content, or violate any third party's rights — including rights of publicity / likeness, copyright, or trademark.
7. YouTube
Quickthumb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Video URLs you paste are used only to read publicly available metadata. You are responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and for any thumbnail you publish.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for anything illegal, infringing, abusive, or that creates sexual, hateful, or harassing depictions of any person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickthumb is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Quickthumb（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。アカウント登録または本サービスの利用をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合はご利用をお控えください。
1. 本サービス
本サービスはAIでYouTubeサムネイル画像を生成します。動画URL（タイトル等の公開メタデータの取得に使用）を入力し、任意でご自身の顔写真をアップロードすると、サムネイル画像を生成します。
2. 運営者
本サービスは Nunzawa Lab（個人事業主: 佐野 秀。以下「当社」）が運営します。日本のお客様向けの特定商取引法に基づく表記は こちら（特定商取引法に基づく表記） をご覧ください。
3. アカウントと無料利用
正確なメールアドレスを登録し、アカウントを安全に管理してください。現在はアカウントごとに一定回数の無料生成を提供しています。上限や有料プランは変更される場合があります。
4. 有料プラン・課金・解約
- 有料のサブスクリプションプランを提供する場合があります。価格・課金期間・各プランの内容は、決済前にお申込み画面に表示します。
- 有料プランは、解約されるまで各課金期間ごとに自動更新されます。アカウントの管理画面からいつでも解約でき、解約後は次回以降の課金が停止します（既にお支払いいただいた期間の終了まではご利用いただけます）。
- 本サービスはデジタルコンテンツ（AI生成画像）を即時に提供する性質上、既にお支払いいただいた料金は、法令で必要とされる場合を除き、原則として返金いたしません。ただし、二重課金など当社の誤りによる請求が判明した場合は、お問い合わせいただければ返金にて対応いたします。
- 日本のお客様は 特定商取引法に基づく表記 もあわせてご確認ください。
5. アップロードする写真（肖像）
- ご自身の写真、または利用する正当な権利・許諾を有する写真のみをアップロードしてください。
- 本人の同意なく、他人・著名人・有名人の写真をアップロードしないでください。
- アップロードした画像について全責任を負うものとし、当該画像の利用およびそこからのAI画像生成に必要なすべての権利・同意を有することを表明・保証します。
- 本サービス提供（サムネ生成のためAIプロバイダへ送信することを含む）の目的に限り、写真を保存・処理する限定的なライセンスを当社に許諾するものとします。プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
6. 生成画像
- 本規約に従い、生成したサムネイルをご自身のコンテンツに利用できます。
- AIの出力は「現状有姿」で提供されます。誤りを含む場合があり、ご自身以外の実在人物に似てしまう可能性については、利用前にご自身で確認する責任があります。
- なりすまし、誤認を招くコンテンツの作成、第三者の権利（肖像権・パブリシティ権・著作権・商標権等）の侵害に本サービスを使用してはなりません。
7. YouTubeについて
QuickthumbはYouTube・Googleと提携・承認・出資関係にありません。貼り付けた動画URLは公開メタデータの取得にのみ使用します。YouTubeの利用規約の遵守、および公開するサムネイルについては利用者が責任を負います。
8. 禁止事項
違法・権利侵害・不正利用、または人物の性的・差別的・嫌がらせ的な描写の作成に本サービスを使用しないでください。規約違反のアカウントは停止・解除することがあります。
9. 免責・責任制限
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、当社は間接損害・結果損害について責任を負わず、総責任額は直近12か月にお支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。
10. 準拠法・管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠し、その抵触法の規定によらず解釈されます。本サービスまたは本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、お客様の居住国の強行的な消費者保護法令に別段の定めがある場合はこの限りではありません。
11. 変更
本規約は更新されることがあり、重要な変更は「最終更新日」に反映されます。利用の継続をもって更新後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
